It was funny at first, now it's not
and I just can't allow it anymore!

Dick Clark reads a statement
to the press pleading that they
never again use his well known
name Dick Clark when referring
to the disgruntled Richard Clark.

Legendary Dick Clark of American Bandstand
and The Times Square New Years Rockin Eve
was beaten senseless again this week for the
3rd time since disgruntled White House staffer
Richard Clark's book came out and news then
ensued. The Press has often jokingly referred
to Richard Clark as Dick Clark, has streamed
through Radio and T.V. nonstop. Many of the
people hearing vile nasty reports of Dick Clark
attacking George Bush and National Security
Advisor Condi Rice do not know Richard Clark.
They naturally assumed it was The Dick Clark.
Clark has been beaten several times so far at
a park while jogging, outside a movie theater
and recently in a grocery store parking lot by
a couple of elderly veterans, volunteers who
now collect donations for The Salvation Army.
Clark says he spends most of his time now
waiting in hospital emergency rooms to get
medical attention for his wounds and bruises
that can't heal and may leave him disfigured.
